world’s most expensive purse #4

So we’ve already seen the fifth most expensive purse in the world; the atrocity that is the Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork. The world’s most expensive purse coming in fourth place doesn’t look as bad as the LV Tribute, but the price is just as ridiculous.

World’s most expensive purse #4
Leiber Precious Rose – $92,000

The Precious Rose is made with 1,016 diamonds totaling 42.56 carats, 1,169 pink sapphires, 800 tourmalines and 18 karat white gold. It is lined in metallic kidskin which adds to the appeal of the diamond encrusted clutch. And this is one purse that is definitely exclusive, there was only one made in the world and some lucky person has already bought it.

Judith Leiber is renowned for making crystal ornaments and clutches adorned with crystals. She never fails to impress, and has some really impressive pieces. I think the cupcake purse is very adorable, it would look really cute if you’re going to a dinner party and wearing a little black dress. The cupcake would be the perfect focal point in your outfit.

I’m sure most of you have seen the ‘Sex and The City’ movie, and if you paid close attention you will notice that one of Judith Leiber’s clutches made an appearance in the movie. In the movie Charlotte’s daughter Lily is seen carrying the little strawberry cupcake purse which is now sold out everywhere. The strawberry cupcake is decorated with pink and silver rhinestones, and finished off with goldtone hardware. It can be carried as a clutch or you can use the chain should strap that is concealed inside the cupcake.
